Faithful in Little

"One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much."
— Luke 16:10

It's tempting to save your best diligence for the tasks that feel significant and coast through the small, unglamorous ones. Jesus draws a straight line between the two, suggesting your character shows up equally in both places — the way you handle a minor task reveals how you'd handle a major one. If you're waiting for a bigger opportunity to prove your faithfulness, consider that today's small assignment might be the actual proving ground. Handle it with full integrity, not as a lesser task but as training for what's next.

Prayer

Lord, make me faithful in the small things today, trusting that You are watching and preparing me for more. Amen.
