"For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made."
Identity built on comparison always leaves you either proud or crushed, depending on who you're standing next to that day. David builds his instead on something outside the comparison game entirely — he was knitted, intentionally, by a Maker who doesn't produce accidents. Whatever insecurity you're carrying today about your body, your personality, your pace of life, remember it was formed with attention, not carelessness. Praise, not analysis, is David's actual response. Let that be yours too, at least for a moment today.
Creator, thank You for forming me with intention. Help me see myself the way You see me — fearfully and wonderfully made. Amen.
